1. What are the three most common negative thoughts you repeat to yourself daily, and how can you reframe them into empowering self-talk?
2. How does your body react when you engage in negative vs. positive self-talk? Pay attention throughout the day and note the differences.
3. If you were the CEO of your life, how would you speak to yourself? Write down five affirmations that reflect the leader you want to become.
4. How can you make your self-talk more emotionally charged? What physical cues (posture, tone, breath) can you use to embody confidence?
5. For the next 66 days, commit to one daily self-talk ritual. What will it be, and how will you track your progress?
